Attorney - T. Edward Shardlow
Edward Shardlow’s legal career began in Kansas City, where he was licensed to practice in both Missouri and Kansas. Prior to graduating from law school, Ed worked with both the U.S. Attorney’s Office and the Associate Dean of his law school. He began his legal career in private practice as a litigator in a general liability defense firm. He has since returned to his native Los Angeles, where he hopes to further expand his trial experience in the areas of professional negligence, general liability, business and employment law.
At Fonda & Fraser LLP, Ed works with hospitals, physicians, insurance carriers, private individuals, and other small business entrepreneurs. He has experience in matters involving medical malpractice, wrongful death, products liability, personal injury, premises liability, insurance coverage, construction law, breach of contract, fraud, intentional torts, unfair business practices, wrongful termination, sexual harassment and employment discrimination, including age, gender, race, and disability.
