Attorney - Evan M. Selik
Evan Selik began his legal career working as in-house counsel at Knight Ridder, Inc. in San Jose, CA focusing on corporate and securities law as well as business formation law related to patent infringements, mergers and acquisitions and real estate. He helped solidify the deal between The McClatchy Co. and Knight Ridder, Inc. in the newspaper publications field.
Since coming to Fonda & Fraser, Evan's practice focuses on civil litigation defense in general and medical negligence, insurance coverage, wrongful death, elder abuse, employment law, products liability and plaintiff's personal injury lawsuits.
