Michelle Gu’s practice focuses on matters involving medical malpractice, personal injury, wrongful death, breach of contract, insurance defense and insurance coverage disputes. Her extensive litigation experience includes all phases of litigation, such as investigation, discovery, depositions, law and motion, mediation and settlement negotiations, trial preparation and trial.
Prior to joining forces with Fonda & Fraser, Michelle represented major international shipping companies and worked as a consultant at an international management consulting firm.
