Mike O'Flaherty is one of the most accomplished trial attorneys in the country approaching 200 jury trials to a verdict to his credit.  His trial services and consultations are sought from individuals to publicly traded companies around the US.  Mike has been a member of the prestigious American Board of Trial Advocates for 30 years, attaining its highest rank of "Diplomate." He has also been named Defense Trial Lawyer of the Year 1987 and Super Lawyer, 2009 and 2010.

Prior to becoming Of Counsel at Fonda & Fraser Mike was the Founder and Senior Trial Partner of: O'Flaherty, Abrahams & Carl, LLP, and various subsequent firms, the last of which was known as O'Flaherty, Cross & Ovando, LLP, 2002. In Mike's 35 year practice, he has tried cases related to breach of contract, elder and dependent adult abuse, employment discrimination, fraud, medical malpractice, motor vehicle accidents, medical staff peer review, products liability, premises liability, severe injuries, sexual harassment, violations of public policy, wrongful death and wrongful termination.  He advices clients in the entertainment, healthcare, insurance and manufacturing industries.
