Nancy E. Dunne’s 20 year civil litigation career has focused exclusively on the defense of healthcare, insurance and high exposure liability matters, including medical malpractice, wrongful death, elder and dependent adult abuse, catastrophic injury, insurance fraud and bad faith, general and premises liability and employment.
