Attorney - Peter M. Fonda
Peter M. Fonda specializes in all aspects of tort and insurance coverage litigation. His practice has spanned 30+ years and is one of the most diverse in the Firm, with extensive experience in both state and federal courts.
Peter practices in numerous business litigation fields, however, his major emphasis is in all area of casualty insurance, including insurance coverage, professional and hospital liability, product liability, general liability, elder abuse and bad faith litigation. Peter also carries the primary responsibility for appellate and coverage opinion letters on behalf of the firm.
Peter represents private companies and well as large insurance corporations, such as Farmers and State Farm Insurance Companies and governmental entities, such as Regents of the Universities of California, as well as hospitals, such as UCLA, Cedars-Sinai, Providence Health System, Adventist Heath Care and Sisters of Charity of Leavenworth.
As a Senior Partner, Peter's responsibilities encompass that of an educator and supervisor of other lawyers and staff members throughout the three Firm locations. In our Firm, Peter is known as the "Lawyer's Lawyer," secondary to his superior knowledge of the law and uncanny ability to develop winning arguments in legal gray areas.
