Attorney - Rachael C. Kogen
Rachael Kogen began her litigation career in New York defending hospitals and doctors. She has extensive experience in real estate law, contract negotiations and healthcare law. She worked as a senior associate for six years at the country’s largest professional liability law firm, Wilson, Elser, Moskowitz, Edelman & Dicker with over 300 attorneys. Her diverse practice included defending medical malpractice, general liability, product defect and mass toxic tort cases.
After practicing for ten years in New York, she relocated to California and passed the California Bar Exam. She continued her career in Southern California at The Cooperative of American Physician’s in-house law firm, Schmid and Voiles, defending doctors in all areas of medical negligence. She has extensive experience defending complex medical malpractice cases.
