Yalda Neil’s practice has primarily specialized in litigation defense of physicians, hospitals, nurses, and skilled nursing facilities against allegations of medical malpractice, wrongful death, elder and adult dependent abuse claims, and their accompanying causes of action.
Though young in her vocation, it has become obvious to colleagues and clients alike that Yalda was born for a career in law.
