Lidia Armor serves as Manager of Human Resources on a Firm wide basis and as Office Manager of the Century City location. She is responsible for all human resource issues, such as employment application processing, Firm benefits related to dental, medical, disability and life insurance and 401K plan enrollment and monitoring, as well as payroll administration. Lidia maintains, updates and monitors the Firm's policy manuals and compliance therewith. In addition, her responsibilities include that of supervising the support staff and all non-attorney day-to-day operations of the Century City office.
Lidia joined Peter Fonda's prior firm over 20 years ago as a legal assistant and has continued in her administrative assistant role to the existing Management Team.
