Lisa Pagano serves as the Firm Administrator for Fonda & Fraser, LLP for our offices located in Glendale, Los Angeles & Orange County. Lisa brings over 20 years experience to the Firm’s Management Team preparing monthly and year-to-date financial reports to assist with summarizing and forecasting firm business activity and financial position in areas of income, expenses, and earnings based on past, present, and expected operations.
Lisa assists the IT manager and acts as the applications software trainer and HelpDesk Firm-wide. She has management responsibility for accounts payables and receivables for the entire Firm. Lisa is responsible for maintaining and managing the Firm's website and is effectively the planner for Firm events and activities.
In addition to her over-all Firm responsibilities, Lisa manages the day-to-day business operations of the Glendale office, wherein she handles all managerial aspects of the non-attorney employees, such as hiring, training, assigning workflow, disciplining and appraising performance.
