Fonda, Hilberman and Fraser, LLP changed its name to Fonda and Fraser, LLP at the start of 2004, following the appointment by Governor Gray Davis of Joe W. Hilberman to the position of Los Angeles County Superior Court Judge.

In another distinction awarded the firm, founding partner Stephen C. Fraser was elected to the American Board of Trial Advocates (ABOTA). Imposing high membership standards, the ABOTA seeks attorneys who “display skill, civility and integrity, to help younger attorneys achieve a higher level of trial advocacy and to educate the public about the vital importance of the Seventh Amendment.” Membership with the ABOTA is highly selective and the team at Fonda and Fraser, LLP is proud of this accomplishment.
