Our hiring plans depend on the needs of our offices and practice groups. We conduct on-campus interviews with both second and third-year law students to select our summer associates. Additionally, we review “write-in” resumes of both graduating law students as well as attorneys seeking a position with our firm.

For our summer associate program, Fonda and Fraser, LLP seeks students with superior academic records, including excellent writing and research skills and sound judgment, who have completed their first or second year of law school. We look for candidates who, through their interests and activities, have demonstrated the motivation and interpersonal skills necessary to become excellent lawyers. We strive to attract individuals who have a sense of what they want and work hard to achieve it. Furthermore, we look for individuals with a high degree of loyalty and ethics, leadership ability and community involvement.
