Attorney - Christopher L. Smith
Chris Smith has a wealth of knowledge and experience from his diverse 15 year legal career. Before signing on with Fonda & Fraser some 10 years ago, Chris had his own practice concentrated in general and commercial liability, real estate law, plaintiff's personal injury claims and appellate law, for which he has published opinions to his client's benefit.
Over the past decade Chris has dedicated his practice to jury trials and defending a wide range of complex commercial litigation matters in both state and federal courts, including private and public sector construction, multi-party business contract disputes, mechanics liens, products liability, real estate, bad faith, general liability, professional liability, administrative law and the defense of intentional torts such as fraud and violations of public policy. His clients include contractors, manufacturers, individual and commercial landlords, public institutions for the disabled, publishing companies, textile producers, physicians and hospitals.
