Attorney - Michael E. Mazurek
Michael Mazurek's 28 years of legal practice have largely been dedicated to the defense of Worker's Compensation claims at both the trial and appellate levels in federal and state courts. He is State Bar Certified as a Specialist in Worker's Compensation Law.
Mike regularly advises employers of all sizes and organizational structures on issues related to fraudulent claims, third party subrogation, psychiatric, willful misconduct and retaliation claims. As a former Deputy District Attorney for Orange County, Mike's investigative skills and understanding of unlawful activity have assisted his clients with several criminal convictions in cases of worker's compensation fraud.
