Attorney - Melissa Timoshchik
Melissa Timoshchik's fields of experience are in the insurance defense areas related to general and corporate liability stemming from business insurance policies as well as professional liability, wrongful death, medical negligence, wrongful life, elder and adult dependent abuse.
During her 7 year practice Melissa has successfully represented private individuals, insurance companies, a wide array of public and private corporations, as well as hospitals, physicians, group practices, skilled nursing and assisted living facilities, medical associations and healthcare systems.
Prior to coming to Fonda & Fraser, Melissa served as a Judicial Extern in the U.S. District Court for New Jersey under the Honorable Joseph E. Irenas and as an Legislative Intern in the U.S. House of Representatives for the Honorable Dave Weldon, M.D.
