Stephen Diamond has enjoyed a two state legal career commencing in California in 1995 with the firms of Kemalyan & Richland and Fonda, Hilberman & Fraser in Los Angeles. He elected to move to Florida in 2000 where he practiced in Palm Beach for 3 years before returning to Los Angeles and Fonda & Fraser in 2003. Steve's 13 year career has largely revolved around the healthcare and fashion industries associated with litigation in matters of medical malpractice, elder and dependent adult abuse, general negligence, premises liability, trade secrets and trademark enforcement, where he regularly counsels hospitals, physicians and trademark holders.
