Sandra Winter's 27 year legal career is widespread, encompassing criminal defense, securities law, civil litigation in the business and employment law fields, as well as the general and professional liability sectors. Her prior experience as corporate counsel for Calzone Mining Company and co-founder of Beckmann & Associates provide her a wealth of experience from the commercial litigation sector.
Sandra's in-depth knowledge of contracts, business torts, bankruptcy and employment related defamation and discrimination litigation have been instrumental in assisting her clients. Likewise, she has broad experience defending insurance negligence claims related to motor vehicle accidents, dog bites, premises liability, wrongful death and medical malpractice litigation.
