Tracy Hertstein's fields of experience are in the entertainment, healthcare and insurance industries. As a litigator over the past 6 years, Tracy has defended professional and general liability cases involving corporate negligence, elder and dependent adult abuse, medical negligence, matters involving medical staff peer review, products liability, premises liability and allegations of wrongful death.
Prior to joining Fonda & Fraser, Tracy worked for companies, such as World Wide Motion Pictures Corporations, Universal Television Enterprises, Inc., and Bank of America. She also worked with the law firms of O'Flaherty, Cross & Ovando and Litwak, Havkin & Babos and O'Melveny & Myers.
